We wanted to take me to thank you for all of your help in the purchase of our cabin.  We really appreciate your flexible availability since our trips up there were usually last minute. We also appreciate the abundance of patience that you had with us when we started this journey fall of last year.  You stuck with us until you found us the perfect cabin (and boy did we see some doozies)!  We are very confident that we would not have found our "retirement" home without all of your attention, advice and infinite knowledge of real estate.

In our mind and hearts not only did we gain a cabin, we gained a good friend.
